I retired from the faculty of the Department of Entomology at the Ohio State University in 2002 after 36 years of service as professor and Associate Director of the Ohio Agricultural and Development Center. Much of my time and energy since retiring has been to provide leadership and develop programs for the Clear Fork River Chapter of TU. One of our most successful projects has been to develop a new trout fly fishery in Apple Creek, at Grosjean Park in Wooster, OH. Hundreds of fly anglers anglers from all over the state come to visit the stream each year. We stock the stream twice a year with large rainbow and brown trout and after the stocking we provide free fly fishing clinics to kids and adults.
