COLUMBIA-GREENE RIP VAN WINKLE CHAPTER of TROUT UNLIMITED ANNUAL CONSERVATION DINNER APRIL 6, 2013 The 8th Annual Conservation Dinner will be held at the Churchtown Fire House, 2219 County Route 27, Hudson NY. on Saturday, April 6, 2013. There will be a “Social Hour” from 6-7 PM .Dinner will commence at 7:15 PM. DIRECTIONS TO FIREHOUSE ON BACK PAGE. During the social hour and the dinner you will have the opportunity to view the silent auction items as well as the bucket raffles. You will be able to purchase raffle tickets and bid on the silent auctions at this time. There will be many fishing and fly fishing items as well as a complete LL Bean Pocket Water Fly Rod Outfit. Raffle tickets for the outfit are $10 or 3 tickets for $20. Chapter members will be selling tickets prior to the dinner. There will also be items of interest for the ladies and other family members. After the presentations there will be raffles and auctions. The cost of a ticket to the dinner is $30. The meal will be a buffet with many delicious food choices. Beverages are included. You may “Brown Bag” your own liquor. Reservations will be accepted until March 30, 2013 and can be made using the form and mailing instructions below. Proceeds from this event will go directly to stream improvement projects and educational efforts.
